Please note that the fees below are for private/self-pay clients. I can see clients who have Medicaid and other insurances through the Center for Dynamic Practice (CFDP). If you are interested in using your insurance and/or Medicaid for Counseling or Equitherapy, I encourage you to contact the CFDP. If you are a private pay client, provided you are not a Medicare recipient, I can issue a Superbill that has the potential for possible partial reimbursement from your insurance company or Health Savings Account (HSA); however, you are strongly encouraged to first inquire with your insurance company in relation to the submission of a Superbill. I cannot guarantee any reimbursement of any of my fees.
Initial Intake
A first-time meeting to gather information and background to enable the start of a therapy plan. The Initial Intake meeting usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes.
